Schwartz ReviewsPreparing for the Massage Therapy Medical Boards in the state of Ohio? Roseann Messina and I have the review that will help! We offer both the knowledge that you will need to answer the questions, and the calming, confidence building techniques that will give you the focus to do your best. This review has been producing students who do well on the examination for over 19 years. We have a long history of successful students, and our approach is "tried and true".
UPDATE 7/10/2008: The gasoline crisis is changing our world. Due to the high cost of transportation, we are considering a new approach to the presentation of the review -- it no longer seems feasible to ask students to drive long distances to attend our review. Therefore, for the Fall 2008 review, we are exploring the feasibility of presenting this review as a web-based conference or webinar. We could have approximately 5 sites around the state where students could gather for this training. Were thinking about trying to have sites in the following areas: Cleveland, Toledo, Dayton/Columbus, Cincinnati, and Athens, but are open to suggestions of other regions, if necessary.
Thus far, it sounds like the following equipment would be necessary at a training site: a classroom or conference room holding a computer with speakers and a high speed access to the Internet (e.g. DSL), a speaker telephone, and possibly a projector to take the image from the computer screen and project it to a larger screen or wall.
We would like
any host site to open its doors to students from any
other massage schools who also live in that area, to minimize
their travel distance. It would also be helpful to have adequate
free parking near the site. The review would probably take place
on the weekends of October and November, either on Saturday
mornings (9 am to 1 pm), or on Sunday afternoons (1pm to 5pm),
whichever has more interest. STUDENTS: please
check with your massage school to determine if they are planning
to be a hosting site for the review. We need feedback about the
interest in this approach AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to have enough time
to set it up. Please also send us an email harmonypath
sbcglobal.net about your personal interest,
location in the state, and choice of Saturday (9am-1pm) vs.
Sunday (1pm-5pm).
